Agent Duties & Expectations
Agents must be logged in and ready before their shift begins. Tardiness will be documented and addressed.
Reliable attendance is mandatory. Unexcused absences or no-call/no-shows are not tolerated.
Answer all calls promptly and professionally. Maintain engagement and effort throughout each call.
Manage endorsements, payments, cancellations, and client inquiries with accuracy and care.
Retain all training material and product guidelines. Knowledge is critical to closing and compliance.
Be ready to adjust to changes in carrier rules, scripts, and internal systems quickly.
Maintain a 2:1 broker fee to lead cost ratio. Track your performance and improve where needed.
Quote and close new business actively. Focus on SR-22, non-owner, and auto insurance products.
Follow all directions, policies, and coaching. Implement feedback without resistance.
Be confident using quoting software, CRM tools, and other internal platforms. Stay updated on new tools.
